Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or subscribing to the Influise B2B tracking engine, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these unified terms, you are prohibited from deploying our tracking infrastructure.

2. Account Obligations & Security

Users are strictly responsible for preserving the confidentiality of their API keys, secure GTM configuration payload secrets, and webhook tokens. Influise cannot and will not accept responsibility for any revenue discrepancies originating from compromised account credentials.

3. Service Limitations & Uptime

While we target extreme multi-region reliability, the tracking servers are provided completely on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" baseline. Influise disclaims all warranties, explicitly waving any direct liability originating from temporary reporting downtime or systemic latency spikes blocking accurate conversions mapping in real time.

4. Restrictions on Illegal Traffic

The platform natively supports highly regulated sectors like crypto, fin-tech, and betting/gaming; however, clients agree explicitly to comply with all localized domestic and international regulations. Generating tracking links associated with demonstrably malicious activities, explicit systemic fraud, or extreme spam networks will result in immediate global application bans without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the absolute maximum magnitude legally permissible across jurisdictions, Influise will never be held functionally liable for any catastrophic loss of profits, irreversible data corruption, or indirect special damages arising intrinsically from your usage or inability to interface directly with the centralized tracking platform.

6. Privacy Policy & Data Subject Rights

The collection, processing, and retention of personal data—including all mechanisms by which you may exercise your Data Subject Rights under applicable frameworks—are governed comprehensively by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you simultaneously acknowledge and consent to our unified data practices.
