1. 14-Day Refund Policy
We stand by the quality of the Influise infrastructure. You have the right to withdraw from your agreement for any reason and request a full refund within 14 days of completing your initial transaction with us. If you exercise this right within the 14-day window, you will receive a full refund of the relevant Charges you have paid.
2. Cancellations & Withdrawals
You can cancel a Subscription at any time with effect from the end of your current billing period. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. Cancellations can be processed through the billing portal or by contacting our support team.
3. Technical Service Failures
If the platform fails or unreasonably delays in delivering the Product or tracking data due to technical issues on our infrastructure, you are fully entitled to a replacement of service timeframe or a dedicated refund of the relevant Charges paid.
4. Account Termination & Forfeiture
If we modify, suspend or terminate your access due to a material breach of our Terms and Conditions, including suspected fraud or illicit marketing techniques, termination will not affect any liabilities accrued prior to the date of termination. You will remain liable for all Charges properly due up to this date.
5. Disputing Charges (Chargebacks)
We strongly encourage reaching out to us directly prior to disputing a Charge with your bank, as we process refunds significantly faster than a standard chargeback process. If you raise a chargeback, your access to the platform will be immediately suspended while the investigation is conducted.
